Gym: seriously?

I was at the gym tonight and was running the usual on the treadmill, and I of course got sucked into the sultry dance that is known as "Attention Seeking Woman Stretch".

This was something that began to make me angry toward the end of my run. This woman who, yes she was not that bad looking, kept on strectching for like 25 minutes straight. She would angle her body this way and that, then she would arch her back throwing her boobs into everyones face. I wanted to yell at her..."are you fucking done yet, how limber do you got to be?"

I mean can we say Attention Whore! Yeah that would be you little miss brown tank top and small boobs! Yeah you! Jeez. Rant=Fin

Why Dogs Are Better Than Humans...

  1. Dogs’ sense of hearing is more than ten times more acute than a human’s.
  2. A dog’s smell is more than 100,000 times stronger than that of a human’s.
  3. Dogs and cats, like humans, are either right or left…pawed?
  4. A one year old dog is as mature, physically, as a 15 year old human.
  5. Dogs DO have better low-light vision than humans because of a special light-reflecting layer behind their retinas.
  6. It is a myth that dogs are color blind. They can actually see in color, just not as vividly as humans. It is akin to our vision at dusk.
  7. Dog’s nose prints are as unique as a human’s finger prints and can be used to accurately identify them.
  8. A dog’s heart beats up to 120 times per minute, or 50% faster than the average human heartbeat of 80 times per minute.
  9. A dog can suffer from a poor self-image, just like humans. Bolster self-esteem with praise, affection and rewards.
  10. Dogs seem to view their human companions as members of their pack, and make few, if any, distinctions between their owners and fellow canines.
  11. The ancient Mbaya Indians of the Gran Chaco in South America believed that humans originally lived underground until dogs dug them up.
  12. Dogs like sweets a lot more than cats do. While cats have around only 473 taste buds, dogs have about 1,700 taste buds. Humans have approximately 9,000.
  13. Dogs eat a very similar diet to humans so you could include some of your dinner meats along with some grains (oats, brown rice, pasta) and vegetables for a well rounded diet.
  14. Just like most humans prefer to use their own bathrooms at home, dogs like to return to the same place they have gone potty at before and will go from tree to tree until they recognize their own scent.
  15. All dogs have a strong need to be around others whether it is humans or other animals and if they are isolated from social contact, they can start escaping from the house or their behavior changes in search of attention from the owner.
